Our New Cow cheese made using the same recipe as our signature Goats Cheese The Rosedale but with a twist , We are using cows milk from the only other dairy in Rosedale Low Thorgill Farm, The Myers family have been farming at Low Throgill since 1968 and have lived in the immediate vicinity for over 500 years so you could say the milk is a true Rosedale product! Our cows cheeses are sticking to our naming theme of Rosedale Landmarks, and all are named after Andrew Goldsworthy's Hanging Stone Walk.
